Delivery and returns policy

Next-day delivery is available seven days a week on kitchen and home large appliances, which is handy if you’re in need of an urgent replacement. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method and product size, however, you can see this via the product page. Five Star loyalty members receive free delivery on all products.

AO has a 30-day returns policy for unused items, however, it’s worth noting that there is a collection fee. Large items, such as washing machines, TV and ovens, have a collection fee of up to £49.99 and smaller items of up to £29.99.

AO services

If you need help with installation or removal of old items, AO offers a range of services to do it for you. Installation for all large home appliances, such as washing machines and hobs, and TV setup is available at an additional cost, which you can add on via the product page. It also provides a disconnection service of old appliances when you opt for an installation.

You can also arrange responsible collection of any old appliances from £30, even if you didn’t buy them through AO. If you are purchasing an appliance through AO, you can opt for the remove and recycle service on the product page, from £25.
